As a certified personal trainer and professional Irish dancer, my philosophy is rooted in one core belief: every dancer deserves to feel strong, confident, energized, and capable in their body.
Dance is art, athleticism, and self-expression all in one. To perform at your best and to truly enjoy what you do, you need strength, balance, mobility, and proper conditioning.
My approach brings all of that together with thoughtful, individualized training designed to support both your craft and your overall well-being.
